i had bunion and two hammer toes operated on 3 weeks ago and have suddenly started having tremendous stabbing pains in the instep of my foot. I had to have a revision operation as the first time the bunion op didn’t work well. Has anyone else experienced this sort of pain and what have you done about it, I have informed the hospital and am waiting for a call.

Sharp pains are sometimes from nerves healing. Three weeks is when I had mine. I'd been given a nerve block painkiller before operation in an attempt to reduce the pain.it didn't work before the operation but they did work on the sharp pains.
