hi, Im 14 weeks post op ankle fusion, i bought myself a pair of sketchers memory foam trainers, they seemed to aggrivate my ankle and cause me a lot of pain,i think the rise is too high, i have gone into my Birkenstocks and it feels much better , but i cant wear birkies all winter ! any ideas on good post op shoes , do i go with a zero rise/drop shoe? anyone recommend some brands?

I bought a pair of rocker shoes online from hong kong they were really cheap and helped with my walking big time. I am now planning a trip to asia so back in my birkenstocks.

I'm 18wks post fusion and I'm still stuck in my crocs, I hate the things with a passion but they are the only shoes I can wear!
