I had mononucleosis and I haven't had fever or sore throat for a week now, also my blood tests look pretty normal, but I still have swollen lymph nodes, not so bad they used to be but still..
Also did you have smudge cells in your blood test after mononucleosis? Also for this I want to add that I had reactive lymphocytes during mononucleosis.
