Hello Sir

My son is 17 yrs old. he is having sinus problem for the past 3 yrs.  If it comes he feels severe headace (fore-head at the top of nose) and he gets fainted. While fainting i noticed that his hands are shivering. Kindly give me the advice for his treatment.

    Pseudoephedrine is used to treat nasal and sinus congestion, or congestion of the tubes that drain fluid from your inner ears.  It might help.

    Google sinus infection. Look at the chart of a face and what it effects in terms of pain, is it those areas that he's feeling it in? If it is this, doctors can prescribe him antibiotics to fight the infection and congestion medicine for relief

    I agree with Anne, pseudoephedrine helps drain the sinuses, along with some vitamin d3, 4000iu's for at least 2 weeks..
