For Those Having Bad Headaches For Days

Posted , 3 users are following.

I too started waking up with a bad headache pressure type of one am, that lasted all day on and off,

This went on for 3 days,

I can tell you something that will get rid of the pain for you,

Stand in the shower like normal except stand right under the hose let the water run from your head, all over your face,

And also in the bath put your head under the water (except your nose obviously) and then every now and then put your whole head under the water for few seconds,

Honestly it works, (for some pain relief) I found i was getting these bad headaches for 3 - 4 days if I wasnt going to the toilet,

Having no bowel movement for a bit gives u headaches,

So maybe it could be that

Glad you found some relief! Probably the very act of doing this is calming and soothing, which helps any stress. How has your sleep been? Mine has been so crappy, which surely doesn't help 😕

My sleep is the same awful, i can't sleep till around 3am and then wake at 6am to go toilet and then my dog wakes me at 7.30am for her food and let her out, so basically I think the best sleep I get then is about 8am till about 11am,

But as you can imagine I'm tired all throughout the day, and agitated

I do find it really weird though that for 2 days of the month I'm so tired at 10pm and I'll sleep most of the night,

I really look forward to those nights,

I'm going to ring my doctor tomorrow and make them do something about my knees I'm in terrible pain and walking up the stairs the sound goes through me it's really loud,

I'm not going to listen to the "it will get better on its own" cos its getting worse xx
