For those with chronic vaginal yeast infections:

  1. How long have you been dealing with and treating yeast?
  2. What have you tried to clear up your symptoms? (What worked for you and what didn’t)
  3. What’s the longest time frame you were yeast free?

    I'm first:

    1. Over 2 years.
    2. Oral fluconazole tablet (150mg), Canesten Clotrimazole Anti-fungal cream, Boric acid, Yogurt, Coconut oil... Nothing worked 100%. In fact, yeast came back every 2 or 3 months. I used Fugacil cream and it took about 2 months and yeast never came back. I also consumed probiotics, avoided douching and all sprays, perfumes, and lotions. Abstained from sexual intercourse. Said no to antibiotics and contraceptive pills.
    3. Six months yeast-free
