Forcyde spot questions

i am begging for help.

so i am a 19 year old female, and honestly wasn't taught much about the vagina and how to take care of it.

i also have severe anxiety so whenever i do notice something is wrong i overthink it and panic like crazy.

i noticed about 2 days ago that i have Forcyde spots (took forever to get there after having anxiety about having a STD or STI when i am a virgin and not sexually active at all.)

but even with me being pretty sure this is what i have i'm still over thinking it.

1- can Forcyde spots be located near the entrance of the vagina? like the area where the vaginal opening connects to your anus.

2- are they something to be concerend about?

3- do most women have these or just a select few?

theyre located on my labia as well as the area connecting my vaginal opening to my anus (they dont go down into my anus just in a little area.) but the ones near the opening are a bit more bumpy than the rest.

i tried so hard just to google my way through this all but im sure as we all know google isnt the most reliable place.

my panic and anxiety has been so horrible over finding these, im losing sleep, crying for hours with panic, and im just lost on what to do.

i also have a severe fear of getting checked down there, and have had that issue since i was little so i truly am lost and just full of anxiety.

Fordyce spots are nothing to worry about. Pretty much everyone has them more or less and they are perfectly normal. If you are a virgin and have not had any sexual contact with another person (genital, oral, hand etc) you are not in any risk. STIs do not come out of nowhere.

i know, i just also wasnt sure if they can appear near the vaginal opening. which is what im mainly concerned about. cause i know the labia is common but im not sure.

That i do not know. They could be some other normal bumps too, like vestibular papillomatosis. Like you said you're a virgin so no need to worry about it.

Forcyde spot are typically mainly located on the labia but can extend to around the labia and/or anus. It can also be VP which is normal and very common. It is hard to say for certain without a photo.
