Fordyce spots?

does anyone know what this is? never noticed before but can only see it when i stretch the skin is it fordyce spots? im 33 and have had a baby image

    Im going put a huge caveat here because its only one photo from one angle and youre pulling the skin very hard but from this one photo and this angle it looks like fordyce to me. If you want to be sure you can upload better photos or see PCP.
