Fordyce spots? herpes? seems like these white spots have been there for months, unsure

got them checked out, doctor said its not herpes but I still am not sure. small white bumps, some very tiny in clusters and other larger ones sitting alone. ive noticed them for some months now so Im assuming they are fordyce spots but id like another opinion. no pain, but i have squeezed one and pus came out (i know i shouldnt mess with them), some are so small you car barely see them.
