Hey,
A fordyce spot is a type of oily gland that has appeared in an unusual location on the body. These are known as ectopic sebaceous glands.
The reason of developing fordyce spots could because of the hormonal changes, and others suggest that they start to form while an embryo is growing in the womb.
Experts say that Fordyce spots are natural and occur to some degree in most people, you do not need to worry about them, they are not associated with any disease or illness.
Best,
Hugo

I have Fordyce spots on the right side of the image but they look different then the white dots on the left side of the image. I have been itchy for the past week. What could this be?

it dosnt look like an std of any kind as they usually cause a crater like ulcer or bllisters /open sores so wat u have is most probably benign and harmless it maybe a small skin cyst
