Fordyce spots or genital warts?

I have not had any sexual contact ever, im really worried that i have genital warts but at the same time they could just be fordyce spots please help! i have them on other side of the penis as well.

      Hey,

      A fordyce spot is a type of oily gland that has appeared in an unusual location on the body. These are known as ectopic sebaceous glands.

      The reason of developing fordyce spots could because of the hormonal changes, and others suggest that they start to form while an embryo is growing in the womb.

      Experts say that Fordyce spots are natural and occur to some degree in most people, you do not need to worry about them, they are not associated with any disease or illness.

      I have Fordyce spots on the right side of the image but they look different then the white dots on the left side of the image. I have been itchy for the past week. What could this be? image

    can some tell me what this?? i got tested for type 1and2 herps came back for thoe one but negative for type2

      theres no warts or nothing wrong with it the white spots are fordyce i dont see anything abnormal

      i work in sexual health and theres nothing u can apply to those to make them go away they naturally occur and are harmless alot of men and women have them
