Fordyces spots / condyloma? Doctor has no answers

hi, been seeing two different doctors both with the same answer "use some hydrating lotion". The spots seem to spread, was worried it could be condyloma but the last doctor told me that the spots are too "good looking" in their shape. And it looks like there is hair growing out of them, could it be? it does not itch or anything.
anyone with a clue?

Nothing to worry about mate. I have exactly the same all over my penis- used to really freak me out. Think they are fordyce spots. Non contagious- harmless.

Nice to hear i'm not alone. Do they increase in numbers for you as well? for me it began underneath the shaft, and now its starting to spread on top too.

As far as I am aware Fordyce Spots do not have hairs growing out of them, I suggest you read if you do a search for the following:
.
Extensive Condylomata Acuminata of the Penis - Medscape
.
.... as we are unable to post external web links on here

hi, I've read about it but it didn't make my any smarter. As I wrote, i've seen two doctor's which both said it's not condyloma. All pictures I've seen on condylom does not look like what I have.

another observation is that I experience that they are less prominent during the morning and more prominent in the evening?

it's nothing to worry about. Mine is still here, not increasing anymore (think it was an illusion as I started to really inspect the penis). Saw a third doctor and he said it was perfectly normal.
it can be more prominent after a day as you get warm.

Hey guys, I'm a doctor and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. What you are seeing are simply hair follicles. There is smooth muscle at the base of each hair follicle, even on and around genitalia. When the smooth muscle contracts, the hairs "stand up". These are "goose bumps" in other words (like what happens when your really cold and your arm hair stands up). If you put tension on the skin, it will make the bumps appear larger. Also, any stimulation to the skin (rubbing, even light touch) can cause the smooth muscle to contract and make the bumps appear more.
This is totally normal. It is also normal for men to have hair on their penis, especially along the base, and especially if they were circumcised.
Stop google searching stuff. And be sure to wear a jimmy hat.
