no reason to worry about what it could be... it could simply be a vitamin defiecincy, electrolite imbalance, or the way your body reacts to stimulantes such as caffeine or sugar.

      Thank you

So worrying that a small twitch Turning into arm ache - points to sinister stuff which is quite un nerving.

Not sure if all in the mind!

Have you ever experienced anything like it at all!?

yeah i get it quite severe to the point where i was sleeping with my legs between the bed and the wall to try and get them to stop twitching and keeping me awake lol, i have a rare neuromuscular disorder ive been trying to get diagnoised the last few years, my muscle biopsy was remarkable for showing mult iminicore myopathy, just been trying to confirm it through genetic testing as to what gene is at falt.

Blimey. Makes my sympstoms seem stupid to mention.

My shoulder does click a lot so maybe thinking nerve or Something.

Magnesium helped with twitches it's just the ache that's annoying.

How have you been treated? Is it going ok?

currently no known treatment for me,, doctor recomended cannabis for me, so ive been using that a few hours before bed and it helps with the twitches.
