I had broken A bone in my forearm I had surgery on May 10 and I’ve been out of work since the end of April because it hurts my arm hurts I’m in therapy now the cast comes off July 1 how long do I have to go back to work

You should try posting this in the accidents and injuries forum as this one is specifically for ankle issues. Some one there might be able to help.
You might want to give more details: what type of fracture, what type of surgery.
It sounds like it was pretty serious, if your cast is staying on for such a long period.
Example, I fractured my ankle, a single fibula fracture into the joint with minor syndemosis tearing on 8th April and had surgery the next day, a plate and 8 screws. I was non weight bearing for six weeks, and have been now weight bearing for 3.
I was working from home after 1 week, and started going into the office at 4 weeks.
Mine was not a complicated fracture and the pain was minimal after the first two weeks.
