Forehead/facial pressure does anyone have this?

For just over a week I have had pressure in my forehead, bridge of my nose and eyes sometimes it gets pretty bad and feels like my eyes might pop i sometimes feel it on the top or in the back of my head too but mostly face. I don't have any seasonal allergies really or nasal congestion or leaky eyes so i don't think it is sinus related? I sometimes get little sharp pains in my head or scalp - it's hard to tell inside vs. outside but I'm not sure if they are connected.
I Googled it thinking I would find something to help but all I got back was a bunch of information on brain tumours and how they can present with sharp pains or can mimic common tension headache (pressure in the forehead and face) along with a video of a women that said her only symptom was pressure like a sinus headache which is what I’m feeling . I am 39 which isn't young anymore! My father died of glioblastoma (brain cancer) at 52 so I worry about brain tumours. He presented with confusion, memory problems and facial numbness after passing out once. It all seems so vague doesn't it? Have pressure in your face? Could be nothing or could be serious...it is very frustrating to be so afraid of your own feelings and sensations because what if THIS time is THE time? 😕
Can anyone relate??

it still sounds like it’s sinus / allergy related.we can develop allergy issues at any age. I didn’t get mine until I was in my 50s. I’ve had the pressure you are talking about but it’s mostly on the top my head.
i have learned over the years with anxiety that it’s best to just go in and have a test done and get it over with. As my daughter says, just rip the Band-Aid off. I think it’s worse to sit around and wonder and think about all the what if‘s . to me that is torture.
you well most likely find out it’s something common and not serious. Then you can relax. we can drive ourselves crazy with all the negative thoughts that the mind creates. And remember, they are just thoughts created by the mind. They are not real. Take care

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Going in to the Dr. is scary, I totally agree! Denial seems to be easier sometimes. I do have an appointment with my doctor in August so we'll see how the next few weeks goes. I'm not new to health anxiety but every time and every symptom seems like the big one! If you know what I mean...
