Forehead irritation/eyebrow/eye pain

Hi,

I came across this site whilst searching for the symptoms that I have been having. To start off with I am a 22 year old male living i the UK. I have never smoked, drank alcohol or taken any sort of drugs ever. I have been looking online and I have never come across the exact symptoms that I have been having.

Ever since I was a kid I have had some sort of twitches around my eye and eyebrows however over the last year or maybe a bit longer I have had a constant strong pressure/ pain feeling over my right eyebrow and the only time I feel at ease or comfortable is if I hold my head or squeeze onto the area. It is majority of the time over the right eyebrow however sometimes I feel pressure across the forehead and left eyebrow aswell. It has affected my daily lifestyle massively. When I eat I have to hold my head or eyebrow otherwise the pressure gets really really bad and I can’t do anything but feel the need to just isolate myself. If I’m sitting in a room with people and we are talking I constantly need to hold my head or eyebrow, when I drive it’s the same, when I am trying to speak to someone or focus in class it is the same. I had an eye test last year which was fine and my vision is completely normal. I’m in need of speaking to a doctor but with COVID it is so hard to get appointments. I’m stuck and I wonder if anyone has had the same symptoms as me. When I wash my face with warm water I feel slightly at ease but after that it’s the same where I feel I have to just hold my head or eyebrow to be okay. It’s psychologically draining and I have very low ambitions and motivation because of it.
