Foreskin

i am 27y/o. I used to masturbate alot when I was in my teen. Like almost once a day.

i am not sure of its partial paraphimosis or im have short foreskin/ inner foreskin. My penis doesn't swell like how a paraphimosis would be and there is not pain.

However, most of the time, my foreskin keeps retracting back to the back of the glans, even when it is flaccid state.

I'm able to pull the foreskin to the head, but when i let go it sometimes just slowly retract back by itself.

Also, my glans and the corona seems to be dry.

if its short foreskin, can i grow my foreskin longer so that it covers the glans? For years when it retracts, the corona of the glans will always get my discomfort when it rub with underwear/ pants.

All you can do with a foreskin is further develop elasticity, suppleness and resilience and this requires that you do regular stretching - so yes, in time, in simple terms the foreskin will eventually elongate. It is also possible you have a slightly short Frenulum or one that does not have sufficient elasticity and suppleness.

However, there is actually no way of predicting what the actual outcome of doing stretches would actually be, only to say that, it is most likely by doing then consistently your foreskin will develop in the way you want it to. This could take literally years to achieve - with the added bonus being that you will make the likelihood of experiencing Paraphimosis much less likely.

So I had both an inability to expose the head / glans of my penis for my later teenage years, then when I was able to expose most of my glans I would experience Paraphimosis which can be really painful.

I persisted with the stretches and eventually was able to stop the possibility of Paraphimosis occurring.

I cannot post external web site links in the Forum, but below are the search terms you would need to use to look at what kind of exercises are most helpful ...

NOTE: as with any physical exercise, you need to start real easy, build over an extended period of months, rather than days or weeks - this would certainly be a marathon, rather than a short or even middle-distance race if you get the analogy. In practical terms to achieve fully what you want could even take several years of consistently doing the stretches that best work for you. Best time to stretch is during a shower or immediately afterwards, some find using a very light coating of Liquid Coconut Oil is most helpful.

      Hi thank you.

btw this is my current state. As mention. image

sometimes even when flaccid it retracts like this.

so i just keep on doing the stretching?

... the situation you face is that you need to try the stretches on a consistent basis and see what outcome you get. I would suggest doing them every other day - this may take quite a bit longer that you ideally may hope for, but as I suggested above, you can only try and see where this gets you to in terms of development.

As long as you do the stretching safely without applying too much pressure, or doing too many repetitions within a matter of days or even weeks, then there should be no problem ....

btw , this is not any case of a paraphimosis right?

So, according to a medical source:

" Paraphimosis happens when the foreskin gets stuck behind the head of the penis. It can’t be pulled back down into a normal position. "

      .

In practical terms, the Foreskin and / or the Frenulum lack the ability to stretch sufficiently for this to occur without getting stuck or without pain, usually when the penis is erect or fully erect.

By regularly doing stretches to your Foreskin it will eventually develop sufficient elasticity, suppleness and resilience to prevent the possibility of Paraphimosis from occurring.
