Foreskin covering head of penis. Help please!!

So when a while back i started masturbating when i was around 13. Then when i was 15(still am 15)i discovered porn and the weird thing is i noticed that the guys in the videos, the skin on the penis i think its called foreskin but the skin on the penis when fully erect didn't cover the head of the penis. Whenever mine is fully erect, some of the skin still covers the head and I'm starting to wonder if this normal or something wrong with me. Im worried to because if i ever have sex, won't the skin covering the head of my penis be a problem during penetration and or oral. When i get fully erect the skin on my penis covers the head, not fully!! But enough to make me worry. Is there some sort of surgery i have to do to make it go away or will it go away by it self?!

    Nothing to worry about.

Some men have foreskins and others have the skin surgically removed via circumcision.

A lot of porn actors happen to be circumcised so you'll see a lot more without foreskins there.

Some nationalities cut for religious reasons and some, like the U.S., have a higher prevalence as well

The foreskin helps stimulate the head of the penis, so don't worry about it being there.

Porn can be deceptive so when you come to have sex at some point don't expect the girl / woman to be anything like what you see nor expect them to enjoy everything you see....they get paid

    Cheers and take care

Good point about porn actors.  A lot of porn comes from the USA, where most men are circumcised.  Most of the intact male porn stars in the US were actually born in Europe.  If you watch European porn, almost all of the men will be intact.  And yes - porn isn't real life, or even close.  Even in amateur porn, most men's penises will be a lot bigger than normal, and they'll be hard all the time, which isn't usual.

At least for me, it feels more like the head of the penis (the "glans"wink is stimulating the foreskin btw.  My glans is nowhere near as sensitive as the frenulum and foreskin.

If you google "foreskin coverage index", you'll see there's a big range of what's normal.  Some men have foreskins that don't even cover most of the head when they're soft, and some men have full coverage and overhang even when they're hard.  If you're only 15 though, then your penis doesn't stop growing till you're about 18, so it's difficult to say what it will look like when it's reached full size.

If it's still very long when you're 18, then you could have a circumcision, but personally I wouldn't.  If you did though, I'd want it as loose as possible with the frenulum left intact.  There's also an operation where skin is removed from the shaft of the penis, which leaves the foreskin intact.

Some circumcised men "restoring" their foreskins aim for full coverage when erect btw.

As long as you can retract your foreskin for cleaning when flaccid, there should be no problem. nd even if not it's often best to eave well alone. If you're in the US, an American girl could be unused to foreskins and some are prejudiced, thinking it's unhealthy. It's actually the opposite. There are a lot of advantages to having a foreskin. Search No-Circ for more information. Even if you find having sex with your foreskin still long and unretracted causes problems (some guys have short frenulum and find they bleed through intercourse) there are remedies such as stretching and surgery that preserve the foreskin but free it up. Personally I think we should all be glad of the foreskin and that it's a human rights violation to take it away in infancy whatever the religious, cultural or pseudo-medical motives!

You are lucky to have foreskin. I have met gay men who have foreskin and they said their penis head is very sensative. and it gives them more pleasure during sex.

I live in the US and yes it is rare to find an uncut (means you have foreskin) man.

Some porn stars are cut (circumcized) but some are not. Don't compare yourself to them. Some actually inject stuff into their sex organs to make them erect.

Be proud of what you have and don't worry about you see on porn sites. Most of those men don't live very long due to various reasons.

You are still young and most women don't care if you are uncut or cut.

Good luck and be safe in all your sexual activities.
