Foreskin inflammation : is it BXO ?

Hi,

I have a strange inflammation in the foreskin area since september.

There is a discomfort when I touch the area above the frenulum, which is sometimes reddish.

Sex is uncomfortable and when I touch or strain that area too much I have a burning sensation who can wake me up the night.

Always see an urologist who don´t know what is it. I have a Clarelux treatment but it´s not effective.

I am afraid of BXO (lichen sclerosus). Could this be it ? imageimageimage
