Foreskin Red Mark (Chaffing?)

I had oral sex on jan 27 and on the 31st-1st of Feb I noticed a red skin tag on my foreskin when I went to go urinate. I don't know what it can be I got tested multple times. blood tests and urine tests all negative. I am just wondering what it can be. I know my mind is making it see like it is in pain. i just wanted to reassure myself and hear anything from other people who may have had this happen. The urgent care dr gave me jock itch cream to help but it is the 10th of feb and it has not gone away.
