I've had the same problem ever since I started retracting my foreskin. I even thought I had some mild form of phimosis even though my foreskin did not appear to be tight at all. Then about 20 days ago I decided to stop washing it with a soap (I used soap almost every day for whole my life) and it has improved drastically since then. It's not yet at 100% but I guess it will take months in order to correct the damage soap caused. So if you are ever using soap, even once in a while, stop it completely and see what happens

i have used soap in the past but not anymore. Is mine as bad as yours was in the beginning?
