Foreskin still attached to glans (Picture included)

Hey all. I have had this issue for a while, I am 21 years old. I didn't really think much of it before or really know it was an issue until as of late. Clueless, I've seen it described as a bridge but I'm not sure what to call it or how to describe so I have included a picture. The time there's pain/discomfort is when erect, when the foreskin is pushed back but not much due to this problem. There is a sharp pain but only when pushed back. I now realize I should have known something was off but I never looked into it like I have now. It was easier to be oblivious and think it was normal.

I'm a bit worried now and curious what I should/can do. Should I try pulling it back harder everyday until separation? Or anything else I can do on my own? Or will I need to talk to a professional? I really don't want to go undergo any surgery unless its my last option. Thank you.

Or is this normal and I shouldn't be pulling anything? Feedback would be greatly appreciated. Feeling lost

Nicolas, you should certainly not try to force anything with this as you could cause considerable damage.

The condition is known as Frenulum Breve, or more simply, a short or malformed Frenulum.

You would need to see a Urologist about treatment options on this - there are several simple surgical techniques that can give you normal functioning of your frenulum ......

I think it was maybe Nicholas you wanted to ask this question.

Just to let you know that at age 14 your penis has not developed into full adult maturity.

In fact, sexual maturation for you will only have recently begun - your penis will continue to develop until around the age of 25 or so - if you think you have a problem wait until you are 18 or 19 and you will need to get a medical professional to check it for you.

Unless you are pretty sure things are just not right you would need to get a doctor such as your family GP to check it for you ...

I have the same problem too and I'm 29. I can't pull my foreskin far down when erected and it hurts as i have my limit (honestly mate I've learnt to live with it)

Tips: just make sure to lube up when having sex because the last thing you want is that bridge snapping and you're screwed! (Your penis will look like a mess).

Also try gently stretching your skin gently everytime you have warm bath when you wash your penis for flexibility (but know your limits and be careful).

Other than that, if you can by, just live with it....
