Foreskin tear

I posted here few months ago and cant seem to be able to find that post under my profile any more. I was having actually two issues and one of the issues was resolved by my original post and response i received on it.

I am having an appointment scheduled in few weeks with specialist and want to have some ideas what potential issue this is. Every time after intercourse my foreskin tears and it hurts a lot (more like burning). On the pic tear is right beside red line. What can this be? My foreskin around that are is always very red.

Also I was wondering about skin (yellow arrows) where foreskin connects to glands is it suppose to be there? i was wondering if that is what causes tearing?

I would appreciate any suggestions on this.

    Is the specialist a Urologist?

Two things to think of here: are you applying anything to your penis: this could be from regular use of soaps and shower gels to clean your penis with, other stuff you apply such as skin cream, moisturisers and suchlike, anything used as a Lube for sex and masturbation - or potentially, a combination of everything that contacts your penile skin.

In terms of the yellow arrows your foreskin has not formed correctly and you have several skin adhesions that would not normally be there.

These can be released with minor surgery - be warned, depending in which country you live if you are seeing a Urologist they may simply state you need to be circumcised. If you ask about the less radical approach of surgically freeing-up the adhesions they may say several reasons why this may not provide a long-term solution to the issues and that it would be best to do the full-circumcision now.

Depending on your attitude to being circumcised you would need to be insistent, or very insistent that you try the minor surgery approach first - but see what the specialist says to start with .....

yes i use clear hand soap regularly to wash my penis. do you think that's why these tiny adhesion are forming?

i went to see doctor the other day and she wanted to give me local anesthesia but seeing that big needle I opted out to come next time so they can put me under and do it that way.
