Foreyce spots or pearly penile papules ? Help please

hello , i had those little spots on my penis skin for a while( few years maybe or more) and i would like to know what they are , they don't cause itching or pain , i just want to get rid of them as they don't look hygienic . looks like the spots are full with water.

I'm doing shower everyday at least once , i'm using sensitive shower gel ( should i stop using shower gel for the intimate part of body? ) and always after peeing i'm using waterwipes to clean it . Any ideas what cause this and how to get rid of them???

Mention that my penis is uncircumcised and the spots are only on this part of foreskin , they are not all around .

    i haven't seen that many spots in one area before

    not sexually active and just noticed like 6 spots on the head of penis aswell

    and i remember like 1 year ago i scratched with my nails some of them ( was a bit hurting when ive done it ) as you can see in the pictures somewhere in the middle there is a bit of normal skin between those spots
