I have been taking my tablets at night before bed and the last two nights I have been away seeing family and forgot to take them with me. So I have had Friday and Saturday night without them. I have just arrived home. Shall I take one now or wait till tonight. So annoyed at myself!!

I would take one now so the levels dont get too low and then take your tablet normal time tomorrow . You should be fine
