Forgotten to get a repeat prescription

Stupidly I've run out of my Citalopram today (Saturday) and I can't get anymore until Monday. Should I be concerned about this and try somehow to get some tomorrow although I don't know where from.

Your usual pharmacist will be able to give you a couple of pills till you get a repeat script

I really wouldn't worry about it. If you've been on it for a while it'll be well in your system and take a long time to come out. If it makes you feel better you could go to the pharmacy, but you'll be fine without

Ye will be down to go to his testimonial May 26th. We loved him when he was at Dundee. Should be a good night.

That's brilliant. The posh restaurant at Palace is called Speroni's.

Don't panic, even if you don't get any until Monday you will be ok. If you use the same chemist they may give you a dosage tomorrow. It happened to me a couple of times, I got into a state thinking something awful would happen - it didn't. Just try to keep calm

Personally I'd see a pharmacist and get a few pills until you can pick up your prescription.  It's not good to miss a day or 2, as you may begin to feel nauseous.  I've taken these for many, many years and even now I'll feel sick and heady if I miss a day.  Not good.

You can even go to the Out of Hours surgery.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I have been out all day having fun and forgot that I hadn't taken my medication. I'll get down to the doctors first thing tomorrow and get a prescription.

You've all put my mind at rest and I have really appreciated your help.
