Foul Smell in Nose and Noises in Stomach

Hi everyone, I have been experiencing rot and toilet smell in my nose for the whole year. The smell is strong that it can fill up a whole room and people have been avoiding my presence because they can't stand the strong smell. This has really affected my social life and work. There is noises in my stomach always like running water in a tunnel. I have a sharp pain under my upper-right ribcage. My GP has not been able to help me diagnose my condition. My GP has been prescribing me omeprazole which is not helping.

I recently had MRI Scan and the result showed that I have a small Sliding Hiatus Hernia. I don't know if this small sliding hiatus hernia is the cause of my problems. Please I need help.
