Hi , I’m undiagnosed awaiting a pill cam. I have elevated calprotectin at 338, severe low right sided abdomen pain that is clear of of appendicitis and ovary problems . I’m recently diagnosed aneamic but now I’ve acquired fish smelling brown mucus with severe constipation. Can anyone help with this? Does it sound like IBS or IBD? My mum has had crohns since 1981
