Foul smelly discharge after periods. Pls help. I have a 4.3 X 4.8 cm fibroids

After my period ended, i noticed a dark green, sometimes brownish discharge on my pad which smells. when this stops i noticed that i would have a yellowish to clear colour discharge which smells badly. I have had fibroids for over 3 years now. I am 25 years old. i don't want to have surgery but UFE isn't available in my country. Is my fibroids necrotic ? because I'm confused. what should I do? My fibroids size is 4.3 x 4.8cm , submucosal fibroids.

    Hello, so sorry to hear about your symptoms. It sounds like you have an infection - please see a gynaecologist asap as it could lead to serious, long-term complications if not treated.
