Found a Lump in anus.

I found a lump in my anus the other day and now I'm scared. Its weird as sometimes it feels soft and squishy and other times it feels hard I can push on it and it will move and I've noticed that poo is coming out through the middle of the lump. Also my bowel movements aren't good I constantly have to strain to push anything out, sometimes its long and thin, other times its pellets and other times its diarrhoea. I'm constipated all the time too and not eating much. Does this sound like cancer to you guys? Googling comes up with anal cancer bowel cancer etc and its worrying me tbh.

I'm not a doctor but I have rectal cancer. I did have the same symptoms with my bowels. It could just be hemorroids also. Please go and get a colonoscopy to make sure. Rule it out now. Not trying to scare you, just get colonoscopy to rule it out. Colonoscopy is not hard to do, you get put to sleep. I hope you make out good, but please don't wait.

You only need a sigmoidoscopy for what you described. It's far less intrusive than a colonoscopy and takes a shorter time than the latter procedure. Get one done asap. The sooner you get it looked at the better, and it may be nothing sinister after all.

Well I went to my GP managed to squeeze in a appointment she basically put her finger up my bum also she used a light and something else I wasn't really looking to look inside and she said I have piles and gave me some cream and suppositories. I was kinda embarrassed but it was over so quick, just glad it weren't anything serious. She is gonna do blood work on me though to check for infection, crohns ,ibs etc Do you guys think I should have requested a scan though? I'm confused now.
