Ok everyone I have a serious problem!!! It rained last night and when I left my house there were about 10 little tiny worms on my porch... They look like maggots but at the same time... They don't... Im afraid mu dog tracked them in... And my dog sleeps with me.... I already have health anxiety and worried about a maggot crawlinh in my ears... Or in ANY other holes of my body... Since I sleep nude!!!!!!

Take a deep breath. The likelihood of a maggot/tiny worm attaching itself to your dog, then actually getting onto your bed without being squashed/knocked off and then managing to squirm all the way to you without being squashed is virtually impossible to start with. And our 'holes' are really not all that accessible to little critters despite what you may hear. So I really don't think you have anything at all to be worried about.
It can make you paranoid I know. I got bites all down my leg and got a new bedsheet a d cover just incase. But aside from washing your dog, checking it's fur and washing your bedding, you honestly don't need to fret. You'll be fine x

If there were any bugs in your ear you would feel something! Whether it be feeling just odd or hurting, you'd def know if there was something in there!! lol
Also, if the maggots were on your porch why do you think your dog would track them in? Maggots, or bugs like those, do not hop onto or latch onto things. If you said ticks were on your porch then I would say go check your dog thoroughly and make sure it didn't track any in the house. But a maggot like bug? Not a concern!

Your situation reminds me of an incident I experienced. I also slept with my dog lying at the bottom of my bed. One day I noticed what seem to be rice droppings there. On closer examination of my dog I saw one coming out of her rear. Yuk. Call to the vet.
Turns out poor little thing had worms. Yuk again. Vet gave me meds and she was ok.
Just wanted to make sure your maggots were not little rice droppings.
PS My current dog is here next to me on the couch many years latter and I am fine but every month I give her a Sentinel pill to prevent heart worm and other parasites.
