Four weeks today

Posted , 6 users are following.

when I woke up this morning the swelling in my ankle had gone and the redness in my knee too. My scar is just a tad sore if I catch it this morning. I have walked around the room without a crutch although a bit unsteady, like riding a bike, wobbly to start with. Last injection tomorrow so I feel this is real progress. Tony

See it all takes time, but it only gets better now. Try a cane it seemed to be less intrusive...Have a good day.

Super progress. 4 weeks brings a feeling of moving on

just when you decided everyone else was doing it better.

you learn where the possible furniture-to-hang-onto is placed

in the house, even moving some.. So many milestones you can

imagine how a toddler feels when learning to walk. Enjoy the

    journey.

    Hi tony

So pleased for you. That is real progress. Don't go mad and overdo it now!biggrin

Don't go without crutch too soon or you will develop a limp like I did last time.

I find thebest place is in the kitchen, so many solid work surfaces to hang onto and places to park the sticks.

It also means I can help Rocketwoman to prepare food to pay her back just a little for all the care and love she is giving me.
