Fourth TGA

Hi all,

I have just had my fourth TGA. Each time I think;

if only I have more water to drink,

breath more deeply,

get more sleep, etc.

but I never get ahead of it.

Yesterdays was much worse than previously. My memory really went as it always does, but included vomiting, loss of balance and like a travel sickness, quite dramatic I ended up in hospital having lots of tests and TGA was diagnosed, given a prescription for Stemetil.

I forget all about TGA. Then it comes back with a vengeance.My four TGA's have been spread over 4 years, but the last two only 6 months apart. How is everyone else doing?
