Fractured ankle

Will this ever get better? I'm 3 months after surgery. Fractured 3 bones and dislocated my ankle too.
Have multiple hardware in my foot. I'm not walking at all, in wheelchair or walker. Can put only 25 pounds of wb on my foot. I'm older female ,totally lost, depend on everyone, can't take care of dogs, can't drive etc. In the worst scenario, will I ever walk again? My physio therapist started working on my foot. Ankle won't move unless I cry from pain....
Is there a hope for me?
Any people like me?

Thank you...THANK YOU. I will read these posts my fellow "broken ankle" people are sending me. I'm the last person on earth to ask for help, but unless you have been in my "our" shoes, it is really even hard to comprehend this! So I'm asking for further advise and I appreciate every word very much from everyone out there. Thank you responding.

Dog Liver,
Please listen to the folks on this forum-- they have struggled down this rocky road of broken ankles ahead of you and some have sage advice.
It is okay to vent and complain about the distress of it all. Then it's time to buckle down and work to help your body heal itself, which it can do at about any age-- age is just another factor that can slow down recovery.
Your therapist can be your best friend now if they are competent and experienced. You simply have to strengthen, stabilize, and restore normal function in that busted up ankle. That is, if you want to return to a normal active life.
Please don't forget the role of nutrition/diet in healing ankles. If you are older you probably need more protein (collagen is a very good source) and bone minerals (don't go overboard on calcium and be sure to take it with co-factors like Vitamin K2, D3, and magnesium so it gets to the bones and not where it would cause harm, like the arteries).
Also, have a clean and junk/sugar-free diet-- that will reduce the chronic inflammation that is burning in your ankle and body.

Thank you very much for your advise.
I took it to my heart and will re-read it every time, when it gets rough. Almost everyday,unfortunately...but it will get better, I hope.
( I have no idea how I ended up with this horrible identification pseudonym.
Dog liver??? I have dogs with liver spots, perhaps this is why, LOL)
