I broke my ankle a number of years ago. It has been ok up to now. I am experiencing a lot of aching when walking and it is twitching underneath the skin. I am assuming its a nerve etc. Any advice would be much appreciated. I dont wear any ankle supports as I havent needed to. Many Thanks

It could be a number of things. Arthritis is more common in previously broken joints, you could have developed an allergy or sensitivity to the plates and screws, your bones could have shifted and are pressing on a nerve. Go back and see your doc and let him see if there's any change on your xray wand if he has an action plan for you.
