Hi, I. Broke my wrist 3wks ago plated and screwed, I’ve been to see the consultant today he’s given me another sick note for 6wks. My question is I’d got a sick note that covers me until 30/4/18 does the sicknote the consultant give me today run from today or strat when the previous one runs out ??

I would think it means 6 weeks from today (depending on how the note is worded) but would definitely contact the consultant and get written clarification. Six more weeks is adequate to evaluate again. Doesn't mean you wouldn't get another extension in 6 more weeks.
