ITS KRAZY WHY DOES ANXIETY MAKE YOU FREAK OUT ABOUT HOW YOUR BODY FUNCTION? ???? ITS NORMAL STUFF THAT FREAKS ME OUT BREATHEING,BLINKIN,STUFF THAT IS NORMAL FREAKS ME OUT😞😞 DOES ANYONE FREAK OUT ABOUT NORMAL STUFF IT'S MAKING MY ANXIETY ACT UP.

    HI Sergio...yes I am the same when it comes to normal things either looking weird..feeling weird ..or even sounding weird..I am aware of my breathing at times and  I worry that if I think about breathing I will either stop breathing or I will get worn out from breathing and then the more I think about it the worse it gets so I have to try and distract from it and tell myself that I wont just stop breathing..when my anxiety was at it worst I used to think that people faces look weird and not normal...like their eyes and noses and mouths were in the wrong places..but I found the more aware of these things you are the worse the anxiety..at one time I used to think i was a man..I just felt like an man and my voice even sounded weird...so much strange stuff can come out of anxiety and the mind is such a powerful thing its scary..hope this helps

      That's actually how i be feeling sometimes like with the whole BREATHEING thing and it makes my anxiety worse jus like if i BLINK to many times ill freak out but this doesn't happen every day it happens every now and then but just want it to stop im a very strong man but this anxiety stuff is strong also.i see my psychiatrist next month for the first time what should i tell him/she???

      Im so sorry to hear that you are going through this..tell your psychiatrist eveyrthing even if you think its insignificant they wont judge you they will understand..the psychiatrist that I saw years ago was so nice and caring and understanding and helped me so much...just knowing  I wasnt going crazy was a huge resurrance for me...I needed and need constant reassurance but when I tell myself its anxiety it does help

    That is the reason why you need therapy to understand it and understand how to deal with it
