Freaking out!!!!!!! Help please

this attached pictures is a week after i've noticed the sores (looks like its healing) hopefully i can still get help, been losing sleep. So thursday night i had rough kinda dry sex.. friday morning i woke up nauseated and by the evening i started feeling burning when i pee and scabs forming on my genitals. as the days progress the burning pee got a little better but i found it extremely difficult to pull back my forskin (hence no pics) and then it got swollen. went to the first doctor who said a random skin infection, prescribed cream he did say to get tested to be sure. 2nd doctor said it looked like herpes (which is what is causing my anxiety) but waiting for the results before i mentally break downimageimage
