Freaking out over potential haemorrhoid

Okay so i am freaking out over a decent sized lump that i felt just inside my rectum. About a week ago i had some pain in that area for a few days then it went away but i have been having some bathroom issues like constipation since then. I have never had a haemorrhoid before however i think it could he a thrombosed internal one? any advice would be very appreciated my anxiety has been through the roof!

    hey Devin yeah it does look like a hem. Just try to up the fibre intake and drink plenty of water. I'm sure it will go away once you fix the constipation issues. Hope you feel better

    It can be a thrombosed heamoroid try doing sitz bath in warm water several times a day should help, and change your diet to more fibre and drink plenty of water to avoid constipation. if things don't improve gradually have it checked out by your doctor who will advice on best form of treatment.
