Freaking out. What can it be??

I am 22 y.o. i have had these lumps for numerous years as I can remember but they never bothered me so I didn't care, recently read an article about Testicular cancer and now it freaks me out and unfortunately I cannot visit any doctor for at least 50 days, I am not in my country, I am working in a warzone country and I am not a soldier therefore the only time I can be taken care of is under emergency cases, I am shaking out of fear right now, although they feel like they are on the skin rather than on the balls.image
