Freaking out - Yeast infection or herpes?? Or something else.

my partner and i had a threesome the other week and now ive got this happening.. it might just be a yeast infection or maybe it was always there idk. i just noticed it and am freaking out i have caught something. she said she was clean (the 3rd person) so idk. neither of us sleep around and have been together for 2 years. (sorry for the graphic) - the labia is rough on the sides but right by the hole theres those skin tag things. only seems to be a few small ones.

its a just a couple of like skin tag looking things - idk. maybe VP??

    everything looks normal from that photo

    are you feels itchy and have a white discharge?

    can you take some photos from another angle?

      itchy and mostly clear discharge - nurse this morning gave me some thrush cream to use incase its that - said it wouldnt do any harm if its not that. posted a better angle in comments below.

    This image does not look anything out of the ordinary I'd say, all normal. Skin tags/tissue does not just appear after sex, did you check before/after the event?

      i didnt check before - i thought it was all smooth on the labia before though if i remember correctly. its been 2 weeks since the event and my partner has also developed spots on his penis foreskin. hes worried about his spots too. the nurse did say that may be the third person (she) threw of our bodies ph levels and this is the outcome. she also said it could be anything so she did tests and bloods.

    i dont have a before image..

    i went to the doctor this morning for tests and bloods.. so ill know for sure next week.. but for now.. its freaking me out still.

      you will find that you have had the spots (vp) all along and they are more noticeable with the yeast infection

      Could it still be herpes or hpv or something horrible? or are they totally different. google doesnt show much.

      i wouldn't be 100% but you have the signs of a yeast infection and just vp

      do you have another photo of your partner as well

      only one just as similar as the one i shared. it hasnt spread, or got worse. his started with 4 spots a few days ago, now has just 3. but theyre red, apparently a little itchy. theyre not blistery though. almost like irritation kinda look.

    also - my partner has these red coloured spots 3 in a line develop since as well.. both of us worried af. any ideas on this one too?

      that could be from yeast infection as well if you have a cream to use. both use it
