Do you know how long its been there? If its been there for years and never changed its probably nothing to worry about.
If it starts to itch, weep, bleed, crust, change colour or spread in any way then see your doctor straightaway.
However, you know your body better than anyone and if you are still concerned see your doctor or dermatologist for reassurance.
