Iv been diagnosed with acid reflux, herd, been on PPI's over two years, even a dose of 80mg a day, breathless, coughing, sore throat, green, brown mucous in morning, pains in the chest, any ideas anyone. Frederick.

    Hi Frederick I have had acid reflux for over 20 years, it’s awful. I have the coughing in the morning, my throat full of mucus and short of breath. I sleep with my higher than my body with really helps. I have water during the night if I wake up and try not to eat after about 7.30pm. Hope this helps x

      Hi I just read your answer to Frederick do you take medication for it  like PPI

      Yes Gillian I take esomeprazole 40mg per day and gaviscon 4 tines aday to x
