Hi ladies, hoping someone can relate to this.

My face several times during day ( more at night) goes ice cold! its starting to freak me out. Doctor said to give it 3 months and go back see him. had blood work done and thyroid checked, everything fine there.

Im not sure if its perimenopause or what 😦

Hi, I get this too - my face and particularly my nose. In my case I feel it's to do with circulation and changes in blood pressure. I've had this for years, I'm 13 years POST menopause. Have you had your blood pressure checked?
