I would say upping your dose is probably the best bet but I'd check with your gp to be honest, they will know what's best for you

Try upping the dose under your gp guidance.
I was on 50 mg past few years but now 175 mg and doing mostly ok. Will wait and see if it gets better. May have to go to 200 mg.
Hope upping helps.

Hi Ryan, I think you should increase your dose as opposed to trying a new med. The reason, this med appears to have worked for you for the past year or so. Regarding this recent relapse, something must have triggered it. Did you have a significant event in your life recently, a change, a death in the family, a new job, etc. Usually, if I get a relapse while on this med, it's because of a great big event in my life that has caused lots of stressed. In any event, since this med is already in your system, you can increase it now so that there's enough of the meds in your system to do what it's supposed to do.
Besides, 100mg is a common dose and it is my dose. Usually, other in-between doses, like 75mg, is to help you titrate so the side effects wouldn't be so bad. Up it to 100mg and give it a couple of months and if you don't feel any better, then you can still consider trying a new med. Switching to a new med requires lots of work because you may need to take some time off to make sure this med is completely out of your system before you try a new one, and then you may encounter all sorts of new and different side effects with the new med. Take care.
