So I am 16 nearly 17 and I have phimosis, recently I have been stretching it to fix it and it seems to be working but today I discovered this, it doesn't seem like a short Frenulum and more like a skin bridge?
can someone help me out and tell me what to do?
^ is there anything that can be done at home?

At your age skin adhesions / bridges are very common - what is not often acknowledged is that the penis will begin to develop naturally until the age of 26 or so, and most of the size changes do take place before 20.
The best thing to do is to continue with the stretches - certainly do not try to force any changes as this can rupture the skin of your foreskin or / and on the head of your penis and you would need to get emergency treatment.
You can also get a mild steroid that can help the process from your family doctor / GP.
Are you following any particular stretches or are you simply doing your own? When did you first start doing the stretches ..... ?

hey, I had to make a new account as I was locked out of my old one.
to answer your questions:
I currently use E45 Cream but I dont think its the best solution. To be optimistic I have made massive amounts of progress since May last year when I discovered about phimosis
I dont follow particular stretches, I use cotton buds to stretch my foreskin with E45 Cream every night or so
I restarted these stretches some time in either September or December.
This is an issue I want to resolve in private hence why I provide no actual information though if you think theres any helping please message me.
I am concerned for my sexual life being a teenager I wont be able to experience things properly as well as phimosis being detrimental to long term health

to also give a bit of backstory if this helps:
I used to be able to pull back my foreskin, I started masturbating in Year 6 - 7ish? and me being a stupid ignorant kid once used bloody hand soap to masturbate...
yes you heard that correctly. I was a stupid kid lol
I had the glans exposed as I was able to fully retract my foreskin and for days after it kinda burnt (obviously) and now I have a mark of discoloration on the frenulum side of the foreskin
I thought having a tight foreskin was normal until Year 9-10 when I started thinking something didn't seem right and in Year 11 is when I decided to do my research and to my surprise. Bam I have phimosis... I hope I can get this sorted out asap really
if only stupid young me wasn't so stupid to use hand soap..

So just to be up-front: I was probably in a very similar situation to you between 15 and 18 YOA - in fact, the underside of the head of my penis still looks something similar to the photo you have posted, even today, and I am now 64YOA. What I was able to do is to expose the entirety of the upper part of the head of the penis and this enabled me to prevent a build-up of smegma which is the main hygiene issue that can cause a major problem.
Instead of the E45 I would recommend using something with mild skin healing properties - so this would be something that you would put on abrasions, cuts and grazes on the skin. If you have used one growing up then a cream you know works with your skin is the best to go for - apply a very small amount prior to doing stretches, and rub it in so that it is absorbed by the skin.
Whenever you apply ANY cream to your penis you need to keep it away from your Meatus (your pee-hole) as it can cause major problems if it gets inside.
In terms of a sex life, try and think of it this way: throughout the millennia literally millions of men must have gone through their adult life with complete adhesions or / and skin-bridges and they still achieved a satisfying sex life / or at least fathered children.
Many such men would be totally unaware that anything was 'wrong' or out of the ordinary, in the way a foreskin is meant to function. This situation still persists today as many young and mature men simply cannot access, or afford health interventions to put this right.
Therefore, as long as you can maintain penile hygiene so that there is no smegma build-up and that you remove any trace of urine after you take a leek then there should be no problem.

So you may not be able to achieve a solution to this in the near future, unless you want to go see a Urologist and have surgery, but if you consistently work at this you will at least achieve something different to what you have now.
For other readers of this: for a good explanation of what stretches you need to do for a tight foreskin / phimosis do the following internet search using these terms:
.
And yes, soaps and other forms of body wash are probable the No. 1 enemy of healthy penile skin - so work towards no soap or body wash contacting the upper-part and head of your penis.

Hi, I think you should have it checked with your doctor they may give you some steroid cream and may refer you to a dermatologist as you do have some discoloration to the skin which needs to be checked.

would HC45 Hydrocortisone Acetate work?

Hi you really should visit your GP for a proper evaluation don't be embarrassed or that it's very common to have phimosis. there are much better creams than HC45 they may prescribe something stronger like betnovate this would be more appropriate for phimosis.
But I would be more worried about the inflammation and discolouration and the fact that you were able to retract your foreskin one time and now you are having trouble to do. this really needs to be checked out.
