Frequency of outbreaks

So I was last sexually active November 2018. I had my first outbreak on 25th December 2019. I haven't been officially diagnosed but I know it is genital herpes. I am now having my 2nd outbreak, in exactly the same place.
How often are your outbreaks? Will the frequency of these get further apart?

My outbreaks started about 5 weeks apart but got gradually further apart. Each outbreak you have activates your immune system a bit more.
The longest interval I've had between outbreaks is 14 months

I hope mine spread out a little, they don't bother me that much though so I'll cope.

As long as youre honest and give her a choice i dont see why not. It is more common than you think and some people have it and dont know

No I'm not married, I'm single. Not sure I will ever date again! Don't think many men would want to date a woman with it

My outbreaks are spontaneous but rare. Im having one right now but i know that it is a reaction to me being sick from something i ate last week. As long as I try to stay stress free and healthy, mine have never been frequent. My second outbreak didnt occur for about a year after my first but my first came like a week after the encounter. My bff on the other hand had her second one the day after her first, outbreak 3,4,5,&6 all happened within about a 2 month period. She was also pregnant and had folliculitis so they may have contributed.

Yes I'm wondering if mine is because I'm very stressed at the moment. Hopefully they get further apart 😊

each person is different and type 1 and 2 both flair but different for each individual.
personally (i have hsv2) had monthly outbreaks that werent as severe as my first for the first 6 months!
then i had none for over a year when i went on suppression therapy.
i stopped that in feb and i had on very small outbreak!
