frequency of SVT events

Hi, I am new to the board, I have had SVT for a couple of years now, never new it. During Tennis I would get a flutter feeling that would resolve quickly in seconds - which was just before quick beats (seems like my old palpitations have turned into SVT runs). Over the past couple (stressful years) I now have these 1 min -7 min runs (2 times a day some times) which I can stop by resting after exercise or using the vagal approach as fast as I can. It seems I have to watch the stair climbing or early morning exercise as these quick bouts of about 1 min (using vagal to stop it quickly) are coming like every other day. I am 61 years old...was wondering if this could go back to the good ol days of just having them stop in a second vs. minutes...I have not tried a beta blocker as my HR and BP are both on the lower side. What a tough thing to figure out..my log book only shows that being tired (have some mild to moderate apnea) and making body position changes or running or doing things quickly or anxiety sets it off....compared to these long 1hr events for folks I dont know where I stand..any thoughts..?

Gosh, I don't know what to tell you.
I am 66, and my svt started out of the blue when I was 61. I never had any problems prior to that I had a really bad cold and cough at that time, and I truly believe the virus kicked it off.....
My episodes are anywhere from 5 minutes up to over 6 hours. I find if I get to doing some maneuvers right away, that tends to get it stopped quicker.
I am on a calcium channel blocker for about just over a year, but I actually have more episodes on it.
It just sucks not knowing when and for how long one of these episodes will kick in.
I can go a week or so without one, but I have also had one everyday for 5 days, with one of those days, I had 2 episodes.
