Frequent chest pains, shortness of breath. What should I do?

Hi, I’m 27. I don’t know if all my symptoms are due to the heart but I’ll just list it down to be sure. I’ve been experiencing chest pains since I was 17 but it has gotten worse since then. The first one I remember is experiencing a sudden tightness in my chest that made me collapse. A few months later, I got sick for 2 weeks from dizziness whenever I stand-up. and when I was 20, I would wake up a few nights consecutively with my arms completely numb and limp like rubber. After the first night I experienced the numbness I made sure that i wasn’t lying in a position that would cause my arm to numb, but I still woke up several nights with my arms completely numb. not long after this, I would experience weakness in my shoulder down my arms, and I would have difficulty talking like I would fall out of breath, and I would only be able to speak a few words before needing to take another deep breath. This would happen randomly, even when I am well-rested. I tried exercising more but stopped doing any cardio exercises as I often fainted. I once even fainted 3 times in a row after doing a 15min cardio on a stationary bike. I did see a few doctors during this time and they did 2D echos, ECG, another where they attached a device to my chest for 24hrs, and a treadmill stress test. I was told that I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and my heartbeat was sometimes irregular during the stress test but that nothing to worry about and was just prescribed some pain killers. recently though, I have been experiencing frequent chest pains and back pains, shortness of breath, pain in the back of the left part of my neck up the back of my ear. The pain would last from a few minutes, to up to 2hrs. and often (i just got used to this) I would have palpitations that make me cough, I don’t know how to explain it better, but it would be so strong that I would feel like I am out of breath and need to cough and dizzy for a few minutes even when I’m lying down. By frequent, I mean this happens nearly every few days. These would also happen whenever I get too tired, especially after walking (whenever I would have errands to run that involves walking around for a few hours).
I’m sorry this was very long. Is it normal to have these symptoms with MVP? I honestly don't know what to do, I just want to lessen the symptoms at least.
