Frequent urination and abdominal pain after sex has come back?

Hi after sex with my boyfriend of 2 years i had felt the urge to urinate frequently sensitive vagina and lower abdomen pain and discharge (which I had for a long time before hand). This feeling didn't go away for a week so I had gone to the doctors and received a 3 day course of antibiotics shortly after the course my symptom was still present I went back to the doctors again and was tested for uti and came back negative I was perscribed a week's worth of anitbotics, my symptom had marginally improved and I was then given a STD test chlamidia, gonneria, hiv and the major std's as well as another swab to test for bacteria in the vagina as well as taking a look up inside. All had come back negative and I was treated with thrush by the same doctor with a canesten treatment of the internal 500mg tablet (for inside) and the cream 2/3 times a week.

After a week my symptoms had pretty much not existed I began having sex with my boyfriend 3 weeks ago and making sure we were both cleaning and uriniating before and after sex. After this weekend we had a very rough sex weekend from Saturday to Tuesday having sex roughly about 3/4 times a day. By Sunday evening sex was painful and putting his penis inside my vagina felt like stinging and like a knife scratching my inside but we still continued through. I got dry quickly and used lube to help everything go smoothly. Come Tuesday we had sex and we tried anal (with lots of lube) after trying he went back into my vagina and then we stopped because it hurt too much.

I didn't always go to the toilet as soon as possible between the days we were having sex and our higine wasn't amazing either. When I got home from my boyfriend I was fine and only had Abit of lower abdomen pain which I thought was due to deep penitration. Come night time after going to the toilet my vagina was aching to touch if I pushed the outside before the entrance I felt a pressure that achrd and felt pressing on my bladder. The feeling had come back and the frequency of needing to go to the toilet had come back again. I drank water and went to bed in discomfort as laying down put pressure on my bladder. Yesterday was okay during the day and I tried not to focus on it. By night time after it was worse again and as I went to the toilet and pushed to let urine out I felt pain in my back and squishing of my kidneys. I haven't been able to get back to the doctor yet but I don't know what this could be?

    Could be frequent sex on many occasions is bruising your entrance to your urethra and your bladder too.   Im a bit concerned  you mentioned trying anal sex then went back to vaginal sex again, i hope your boyfriend used a different condom on each occasion or at least when going back to your vagina again!  A sure way of infecting you otherwise with e coli bacteria from back passage to front.  Just thought id mention it.

    sorry for your predicament Brook.  I wish I could helpwith an answer but I'm more  familiar with prostate and bladder problems. I hope you find relief soon.  I don't think going from anal sex to vaginal sex, is a good idea. You may have contracted some kind of bacteria, by doing so. Good luck!
