Yes, I could wee for England!! It's much worse if I'm anxious or stressed and if I have much caffiene or alcohol. Don't be tempted not to drink water though or else that could cause its own problems. x

Yes, I experience this too sometimes. It comes and goes, and it's very annoying when it's frequent - sometimes it feels like every 15 minutes! I drink water regularly all day to prevent or limit kidney stones. I agree with the comment about being sure to drink enough anyway!

Hello.
Yes, I need to urinate frequently. Sometimes every 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes the need to urinate comes on quickly and urgently. I have sneezed or coughed and leaked a little bit. Sometimes my bladder aches Luke I have a bladder infection but I don't have one.
I woke up one night and urine was just running out of me. I wasn't weeing the bed, it was just running out of me. I tried to make it stop but I couldn't make it stop.
My sister experienced all of this too when she was perimenopausal.
I have heard that these are all common menopausal symptoms.
You're not alone. Take care.

Hi Fairywen, plenty thanks no I haven't... I think I have to go and check to ensure nothing is not contributing my frequent urination. My urination begins when I drink water because if I don't drink no wee.
